We feature the works of more than 400, mostly award-winning, American artisans. Our American handcraft art includes lampwork and borosilicate glass beads, lampwork, furnace, dichroic and borosilicate contemporary glass jewelry. We offer functional as well as nonfunctional mouth blown, cast and slumped contemporary art glass, that includes paperweights, perfume bottles, lamps, large and small decorative pieces, wheel thrown and hand-built porcelain, raku ceramic pottery, lathe and chissle turned wood by quality artisans. We stock a large selection of collectable kaleidoscopes by some of the best internationally acclaimed artists (including Charles Karadimos, Sherry Moser, Corki Weeks, Marc Tickle, Massimo Strino, Judith Paul, Tom Durden and Peggy and Steve Kittleson). Some artists are local, but most are national and international in origin. Many show their work exclusively. Others provide work rarely found elsewhere.
Located in the hub of the nation’s capital, our client base is also worldwide. Our customers have come to expect the best from us, and we strive constantly to please them.
